How long does it take before the product is shipped?
This shop is based on a print on demand basis and each order is custom made, the creation process varies between 2-15 days depending on the product.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders for Canadian customers normally take 2-8 business days to arrive. Shipping to Eastern Provinces takes about 3-4 business days and shipping to Western provinces can take 4-7 business days. Shipping to Ontario is usually 1-2 days. Remote locations can take up to 15-20 days.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Products enter production after the 12 hour cancellation period.
My order never arrived, what do I do?
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier or postal service. If your shipment is experiencing difficulties, please try to contact the postal service first. If you need further assistance, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.
For lost shipments, we usually are required to open a case with the postal system before we can proceed with a reprint. This can take up to 14 business days.
We are not liable for any errors made by shipping and courier services. We work with our customers on a case by case basis for shipping related problems.
Custom printed products are non-refundable and can have printing variations since all products are print on demand. Products with mechanical issues or defaults are usually reprinted and replaced.
Occasionally a product may have a sewing defect like a hole, caught fabric, or incorrectly secured stitches. A sewing defect is a flaw in the sewing that makes the product unusable for its intended purpose (like wearing).
Please contact us with your issues and pictures of your product so we may further analyse this situation.
